This website, the "Glovi" brand and the underlying SaaS software are owned and operated by Glovi Healthcare Private Limited, which is licensed to dispense and sell medicines under Drug License No. 20/4451/27/2021 and 21/4452/27/2021 granted by the Controller, Food and Drug Administration, Government of Madhya Pradesh. This platform operates as both B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) for pharmaceutical products and healthcare goods.

1. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

2. Products and Ordering

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and applicable rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

8. Drug License & Regulatory Compliance

Glovi Healthcare Private Limited operates under Drug License No. 20/4451/27/2021 and 21/4452/27/2021 issued by the Controller, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Public Health and Medical Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh. All pharmaceutical products sold through this platform comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules thereunder, Pharmacy Act, 1948, and applicable state pharmacy regulations.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
