This Delivery & Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Glovi - The Global Vita (www.theglobalvita.com), owned and operated by Glovi Healthcare Private Limited (CIN: U46497MP2026PTC085859, Udyam Registration No.: UDYAM-MP-10-0178720), having its registered office at TE-008, 10th Floor, Bansal One, E-2 Sector, Huzur, Bhopal - 462016, Madhya Pradesh, India. The website, the "Glovi" brand and the underlying SaaS software are owned by Glovi Healthcare Private Limited.

Glovi Healthcare Private Limited holds Drug License No. 20/4451/27/2021 and 21/4452/27/2021 as granted by the Controller, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Public Health and Medical Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh for dispensing and sale of medicines in India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver pharmaceutical products and healthcare goods across India (B2C — Business to Consumer) and to authorized business entities (B2B — Business to Business) including retailers, distributors, CnF agents, and stockists.

• Domestic delivery is available to all serviceable PIN codes across India
• International shipping is available to select countries subject to regulatory approvals and export compliance
• Certain products classified under Schedule H, H1, or X of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 may require a valid prescription before dispatch

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next business day
• B2B orders may require additional processing time for bulk quantities
• Payment must be confirmed within 3 hours of order placement, failing which the order will be automatically cancelled

• FREE delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹499
• A nominal delivery charge of ₹49 may apply on orders below ₹499
• B2B orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination
• International orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination country and weight

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with the tracking details. You can track your order through the "Track Order" section on our website or app.

6. Packaging

All pharmaceutical products are packed in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules thereunder. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped in insulated packaging to maintain cold chain integrity as per Schedule M of the Act.

7. Failed Delivery

• If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse
• A refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days of the return reaching our warehouse
• In case of incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply
